Web Platform

Antseer.ai is an AI-native platform built around AI experts, professional Skills, and collaborative Workspaces. It transforms workflows that traditionally require multiple professional roles—such as research, data analysis, validation, and risk assessment—into a collaborative experience powered by teams of AI experts.

The product spans multiple interconnected areas, including the AI Employee Marketplace, SkillHub, Workspace, and Creator Center, bringing tasks, conversations, evidence, roles, and deliverables into a unified working environment.

I joined Antseer during a period of rapid product exploration and iteration, when ideas could move from concept to prototype to production in a very short time. The design challenge was therefore not simply to polish individual screens, but to maintain visual consistency, experience coherence, and system scalability while the product continued to evolve at AI speed.

As the Lead Product Designer, I led the evolution of Antseer from early product prototypes into a more mature and cohesive product experience. My responsibilities covered visual direction, core product experience, design system development, dark and light themes, and cross-product experience consistency.

Rather than treating the design system as a finished artifact, I continuously evolved it alongside the product—adapting patterns, components, and interaction models as new product directions emerged.

1.I transformed early functional prototypes and first-version interfaces into a more mature product experience, redefining hierarchy, layout, typography, spacing, color, components, and interaction states to establish a coherent visual language across the platform.

2.I built and continuously evolved a scalable design system covering components, color, typography, spacing, states, and structural patterns—allowing new features to move faster without losing consistency.

3.I designed both dark and light product themes, treating them as two expressions of the same system rather than simple color inversions. Background hierarchy, contrast, component states, and visual weight were systematically adjusted for each environment.

4.Workspace alone went through three major redesigns between its initial prototype and production release. Many other areas of the product were redesigned repeatedly as requirements evolved. I continuously balanced iteration speed with long-term consistency—deciding what should be rebuilt, what could be reused, and what should become part of the system.

5.I integrated AI and vibe coding directly into my design workflow, turning ideas into working prototypes early instead of relying solely on static mockups. This allowed me to validate layouts, states, interactions, and visual decisions in real interfaces before refining them into production-ready designs.

The workflow shifted from a traditional “Design → Handoff → Development” model toward a much faster “Idea → AI Prototype → Test → Refine → Ship” loop.

Antseer was evolving at AI speed, and the design process had to evolve just as quickly.

Early interfaces were often created for rapid validation, while new features, workflows, and product directions continued to emerge. Optimizing screens one by one would only create another fragmented product.

So the real design question became less about:

“How can I make this screen look better?”

and more about:

“How can I keep the entire product coherent while everything is changing?”

This shifted my role from designing individual screens to designing a system—one that could absorb change, support rapid experimentation, and still feel like one product.
