Invited as a Partner at the startup WaveUP—the designated partner for Jingtan's "Kaihai" Initiative—I dual-hatted as Head of Product and Design to spearhead the platform's 0-to-1 architecture. Navigating a volatile digital collectibles market, I architected the top-level design, taking full command of the underlying systems, business routing, and omni-channel experiences.
To conquer extreme operational complexity, I exhaustively mapped full-funnel user journeys, seamlessly encapsulating convoluted asset authentication and circulation beneath a minimalist front-end. By balancing customized client demands with mainstream usability, I ensured a rigorous commercial closed-loop across all trading and management scenarios.
Relentlessly pursuing UX perfection, I drove four major product overhauls. By deeply integrating oriental "Chinese aesthetics" with modern "minimalism," I forged an industry-leading visual language that sparked widespread emulation among peers.
The market impact was explosive. Upon launch, WaveUP's exceptionally low cognitive barrier and breathtaking visuals reaped phenomenal conversion rates. On day one of our premier collectible release, its market cap surged past the 400 million milestone. This triumph thoroughly validated our business model, thrusting WaveUP into the industry spotlight and catapulting the company's overall valuation to 3 billion.
